Hi,
So far I have come up with 3 alternatives for tracking changes. Set
up a trigger on ECL & ECS, modify order entry to capture a before and after
image of the record, or find a field in ECL & ECS to use as a sequence
number that will not change. Each has advantages and disadvantages. Not
sure which one I will end up with, but I am leaning toward the sequence
number approach.
L01 of any file is normally the most used key for all active records.
So if the record is logically deleted, the program will not see it if L01
is used. Went to this because there is no last maintained date in ECS.
