MCH3402

We have applied a BMR on WHM600B on BPCS V81. Being a batch program we 
have applied this change in our production environment during the day. But 
after 3 hours of implementing this object I have noticed there is no ITH 
transactions for pick transfer confirm updates taken place and hence no 
inventory movements but status of the orders was  moving along thats why 
no users has raised an alarm bell. I spotted an error on one users joblog 
- MCH3402 - 'tried to refer to all or part of an object that no longer 
exists'. 

We have cleaned up that mess which it has created but would like to know 
if anybody has experienced the same problem  or not?
