Lisa, You are absolutely right, we don't have problems selling in different units of measure, our challenge is to manage different U/M at the manufacturing level and internal distribution level. We are at version 6.04 mixed mode. What I am prototyping now is to use the customer X-ref table and transfer goods using internal resupply orders. I defined an internal customer number for our Canadian facility, then created a resupply order in ORD. DRP is also useful for regularly stocked items that need to be shipped to the remote site. The X-ref table contains the item in LB and its counterpart in KG. I need to be able to receive the item at the remote facility in its local stocking U/M (KG) even though the order was placed for an item manufactured in LB.
