For the record I prefer the OLD rules since it allowed for the dissemination of 
information on new BPCS products and we certainly were not getting bombarded 
with nuisance posts.

Yes, I'm bringing the guidelines for this list more in line with MIDRANGE-L 
guidelines (which I use as a template).

Yes

A BPCS user conference & BPCS user group meeting announcements (SSA or LUG 
sponsored) is fine, as it pertains to the list in general.  Any other 
vendors user conference is not allowed.
