We use OGS since we finished implemented BPCS CEA 1998.   Currently we feel
the service level of problem Incident become lower and slower. 

We have logged an incident since March 18, 2003 but still unknow the status
of fix.    What is going on in SSA with new GT ?
 
We use 6002 plf cum Mar 1998 AS/400 Full C/S.
