The only time I saw that happen was when a program abnormally ended and it 
did not update the ITH RRN field in the Item Master file (IIM).  If it does 
not show up in the INV300 program check the RRN of the problem ITH record and 
then check the IIM field for the ITH record RRN.       Hope that helps.
