Okay that makes sense. So just to clarify, MRP will use the system default values in MRP820D under the heading "other" for planning if the order policy is NOT "K" and there are no override demand codes in either MRP140 or INV100. I do not have any "K" items in my system so I should be able to try this again tonight. Thanks for your help. If planning by Facility, BPCS is going to use the data in MRP140. The vaules shown in MRP820 are system defaults. These will only be used it there are no values in the Item Master and Facilty Planning Data. BPCS will look in Facility Planning Data first, if know value is found it will then look in the Item Master, if that value is blank it will then use the value in MRP820 _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
