Thank you. However my setup on the item in question shows an order policy of
"A" on the MRP140 and INV100 screen. Is there somewhere else that a "K"
order policy exists for the item?

I run MRP500 and MRP600 and select regenerative and clear the planned orders
with each run that I do.

Any ideas?

The "Repetitive" column is for Order Policy K.  The "Other" is for all
other Order Policys
