Freezing here in the South today as well. Going to 8-10 degrees tonight. Further info: BBH/BBL are work files which are deleted at the end of billing (unless EDIPath is installed). If EDIPath is installed, a copy of the BBH/BBL records is made to member EDI for use in creating outbound EDI invoices. Just curious; was the BHH & BHL created in release 6.something or above and/or files that come with OLM? We are on 4.05CD, and only have the BBH/BBL. The BBH appears to be a work file; the BBL contains line items (from customer orders) that were shipped, yet not billed... BBH and BBL are Billing Header and Billing Detail Lines. BHH and BHL are Archived or History Billing Header and Billing Detail Lines. BBH---becomes---> BHH BBL---becomes---> BHL Did you like the y'all? I live in the South. Used to live along Lake Erie, miss that. Most of my rellies are from the upper Peninsula of Michigan, don't miss that! Too cold. Lim, The Subject line does read BBH & BHH (yet the question is about BHH and BHL). Your answer has to do with ORD900. When you run ORD900, you can select archive (yes or no). If you archive the records are written to BHH and BHL. BBH an BHH are identical (BBH - active) (BHH - archived) same for BBL and BHL I hope this helps Marc (I don't have chicken legs) Lacelle Royal Canadian Mint > ---------- > From: Kusman Lim[SMTP:KUSMAN@takeda.co.id] > Reply To: SSA's BPCS ERP System > Sent: Thursday, January 23, 2003 1:53 AM > To: SSA's BPCS ERP System > Subject: BBH & BHH > > Dear BPCS Professional. > > Can any one Help me what is the difference between BHH and BHL file ? > > Regards > KUSMAN > _______________________________________________ > This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list > To post a message email: BPCS-L@midrange.com > To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, > visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo.cgi/bpcs-l > or email: BPCS-L-request@midrange.com > Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives > at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l. > > _______________________________________________ This is the SSA's BPCS ERP System (BPCS-L) mailing list To post a message email: BPCS-L@midrange.com To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo.cgi/bpcs-l or email: BPCS-L-request@midrange.com Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/bpcs-l.
