A little amplification about de subject. The data area SSAACP shows us the 
companies which are selected for payments. While company is being used SSAACP 
is updated by a “Y” in the position 101 + number company. (Exp: if the company 
is 14, the position whit “Y” is 115 (101 + 14).



The user is controlled by the data area ACPUSR. Each string of length 10 
contains the user code synchronized with the company number. (Exp: if the 
company is 14, the user will be between the positions 131 and 140)

The selection file is ACP. It contains a record for each Company / Currency 
selected and amounts summary.



If you try to entry in a company selected by an other user a warning message is 
shown and you can override by F16. 

Each time you entry in an old selection (whether you are the original user or 
override with F16) you will lose the previous selections unless you push F5. I 
think that can be a source of mistakes and overwork.

Yes, this is my experience.



There is a data area, where the company code is written, and this locks 

the company. You can override this lock with F16 on payment selection. (If I 
remember well, F16).



The other problem is the content of the work file. If more user runs the 
process in the same time, it can happen, that the override each others payment 
selection.

The question is "Is it true that two/more users cann't run this cycle at the 
same time ?"
