Inventory Closing per Company

It is not possible because of conceptual reasons.

The inventory levels are ITEM (IIM), WAREHOUSE (IWI) and WAREHOUSE/LOCATION/LOT 
(ILI). Besides TRANSACTIONS (ITH)

Neither Items nor warehouses are assigned to any company, but they can be used 
by several of them.

Therefore you must always close all inventory. Otherwise it would be no logical 
clearing  (receptions, issues and adjusts) and translating them to opening 
balance, only the transactions from one company.
