At 6.0.02 you can un-pick orders by running Pick-Confirm with the line qtys set to 0 and the 'Drop' flag (if applicable) set to N. You can do this by customer and it will require manual intervention to delete the allocations but this will leave all the files in order. Hope this is of some help.
