-- It depends on the type of agreement he has. If he has a user based system, he my be charged a fee to generate the Key. If he has s tier based license, he may have a charge to the larger system. the best way for him to find out is to call SSA-GT and ask. If he needs help, I will be happy to direct him to the correct person within SSA if he emails me his name address and contact info. On the other hand, if he acquires the hardware from CCS, an SSA preferred hardware vendor, we may be able to put together an attractive package for him that will lessen the costs, if any, of the Key charge, license charge, or other charge. We offer this to any SSA-GT client, and can craft the package for OGS and any other SSA-GT product or services coupled with the acquisition of hardware, IBM and 3rd party software and services from CCS. If me knowledge is well, Raos BPCS will not work on new machine with old key. He must ask SSA to generate new key, and SSA will say SORRY You must have OGS. This is me point of view, me understanding off SSA Key policy.
