RESELLER TO DISTRIBUTE SPREADSHEET SERVER FOR BPCS APPLICATION


Raleigh, NC, October 1, 2002- Global Software, Inc. today announced that 
Edinburgh Systems Support Limited, based in the United Kingdom has signed on as 
a reseller of the Global Software Spreadsheet Server for BPCS application.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement Edinburgh Systems Support Limited, 
is permitted to resell the licensing of the Spreadsheet Server package in its 
designated territory, which is limited to the UK. Edinburgh Systems Support 
Limited will also provide consulting/installation application and technical 
services in addition to providing its newly signed customers with a premium 
level of support of the Spreadsheet Server for BPCS software.
