I'm with Alan ... I am betting you have MPS ...

1) Depending on where you are in your enterprise-wide evaluation, it might
be three years before you deploy a new ERP product ...

2) How painful is the lack of a planning solution at the UK facility? Can
you pin a cost figure on it?

3) Perhaps you could invite a BPCS consultant to visit the UK facility and
give you a reading on how many of the fundamentals are in place already to
support the planning function.  It might not be a big deal after all.
