Here's my short story. I'm the new corporate IT guy. One of our divisions in the UK has BPCS 5.1.01 and went through the millennium conversion only. They have the MRP module but have never used it. They claim not to have the MPS module. Now their director wants to implement "some type of planning function". The issue is that we will be evaluating an ERP solution corporate-wide. Is it worth trying to implement BPCS MRP for this division as an interim step - and do we even have that option given the circumstances? I would appreciate anyone's thoughts. I have no hands-on with BPCS. Jim Blackwell Corporate IT Director KB Alloys, Inc. Voice: (610) 693-1111, Extension 254 Fax: (610) 693-8121 Email: jblackwell@kballoys.com
