Hello, You don't have to de-authorize users to all SYS to get this to work. In some V6.x releases, the priming data was sent out wrong, and the SYS147 and SYS148 were marked as Menu Object = NO in the BPCS Security Objects program (SYS625). If you update this to a YES from inside SYS625 to say that SYS147 and SYS148 are menu objects, then it would work. There are both a BMR and FAQ entry documenting this on OGS Online. Also, BPCS CD security suggestions will usually not apply to V6.x releases, as the mechanisms for checking security changed a lot between that release and V6. I have update the BPCS user profile for these users specifying 0 and the program names to disallow them authorization to the programs. This does not seem to work. Is it because these programs are not being called from the BPCS menu? How can access be denied? Any thoughts would be welcomed. Charlie Borill
