Since BPCS did not retain the post ship order anywhere on version 4.05CD, the
only way to get at the order information is to recreate the order.  If you
have a test system, try entering the order in the test system and print all
of the data from the ECH/ECL before posting it.  If you don't have a test
system, you could reenter the order using post ship billing, review all the
information and delete it instead of running the billing.  The order is
created in a work station member on the ECH and ECL files.
