BPCS 6.1.01  Mixmode    AS400  E730

The Cost Maintenance Job here takes about 1 minute and 30 seconds to bring
up the screen.  This used to come up much sooner but started this a few
months ago possibily around the time we upgraded our system to OS V4R5.
DBMON doesn't show a recommended logical to build over this Physical file.
We also have acquired all the recommended PTF's and SQL updates from IBM so
I don't think it's an issue with needed an SQL upgraded from IBM.
We have roughly 3.0 million records in our CMF file.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
