INV920 Data Queues

We are on BPCS Version 6.1.00.

Do we need Data Queues set up to run INV920. We have multiple sites in UK on
various versions of V6.1, some have Data Queues set up, some don't. When we
run our version we get a CPD0078 message to say that the value for the
parameter 'JOB' is blank, which seems to indicate we have some information
missing.
In a test environment it works fine, and we are able to submit batch jobs
for other BPCS programs.

Any ideas?
