The answer to your first question is that this group level security has not
been implemented in  all BPCS programs through version 6.1.  As SSAGT
implements this group security functionality in additional programs, you will
see them on the list.  I believe that this group security was initially
implemented for QMS and some other programs have been added since then.

As for setting up user security for access to any program, it is done as Mac
stated in SYS600.
