BPCS 405 CD

Normally when we have an error message at bottom of BPCS screen,
cursor on the message text, then F1, gets us to more information that can
help us drill down to an explanation of what going on.
As a general standard I ask my users for screen prints of their problems &
this process for further clarification.

I had a labor batch that got inappropriatedly canceled JIT620 JOBQ so I
varied off one of my sessions, the session involved, renamed sessions so now
my work station was named the work station whose batch that failed, then I
signed on to it to try to fix it.

I discovered that for some BPCS error messages on bottom of menu, when you
cursor on that & F1 you get F1 for the whole menu as if it is missing the
error message being there. Is this related to some work station settings
that I can fix some place?
