Manually Closing PO -- BPCS-L

Hi,

When I manually close a partially received PO (not within
tolerance), using action 12 (Close) on the PO Maintenance
screen, the outstanding PO will be closed and the quantity
will be zeroed out. This is so frustrating! I need to have
the quantity on the PO itself as a means of getting some
history out. Anyone has the same problem? Any suggestions?

Should all PO received not within tolerance be left open
then?
