As mentioned below looksofware has an existing solution to graphically/web
enable BPCS 4.05CD.  A joint looksoftware/SSA Australia project  produced a
customized graphical interface for 20 core modules of BPCS CD, this has been
successfully sold by SSA in Australia and is used by a number of BPCS users
down here.

We also have BPCS 6+ sites utilizing newlook to graphically/web enable their
applications.
