LLL is Load Details file it is used by OLM module - Outbound Logistic Management. You can check if you have this module installed if you look in SYS800 - Parameters Generation program under installed products. Even if you don't use OLM, BPCS creates LLL and LLH (load header) for every Customer order/line during the shipping. To avoid any problems I would recommend to purge this file only for closed orders. Some of my customers, they were not using OLM, had bad experience purging LLL and LLH for active orders.
