We have BPCS 405 CD. I know during the "Pick Ship Confirm" process every
order is placed in an "in use" status (w/ HINUSE set to "Y" on the ECH) that
shows up in the range you select, regardless if you select the order/line or
not. If someone looses their BPCS connection during this process it will
keep all these orders in an "in use" status. I believe it depends on when
the user looses connection, as far as whether or not the BBH/BBL is updated
This also happens during the "Pick Slip Release" process and during "Invoice
Release". Normally, if a BPCS connection is lost during "Invoice Release"
the orders selected will have a "B" in the BSTAT field of the BBL file and
have a "Y" in the HINUSE field of the ECH file.

Subject: No records found starting at entered search argument
(BIL500D)

After ORD571B my records were stuck in th BBH/BBL files and running BIL500D
gave me the error "No records found starting at entered search argument ".
I have identified the problem stopping the Billing being that the ECH in
use flag(HINUSE) is'Y'. If I make this field blank and I run BIL500D then
the BBH/BBL posts to the SIH/SIL without any problems. Does anyone have
any idea why the HINUSE field in ECH would get populated with a 'Y' during
ORD571D.

Daleen
