Hi,
     This happens to us about once a month. In fact it just happened this
week. When you notice it is hung up, find out what order number is being
confirmed. Go into BBL for that order #, and you will find some duplicate
records. Ours have always been special lines. Delete the duplicates. ECL &
ECS should be OK. When the duplicates are gone, the job should continue as
normal.
     We think we figured out what is going on with us. We have 2 facilities
we ship from. Our special lines are coded as drop line = NO. Some orders
have lines from both facilities, and different people confirm for each
facility. This seems to occur if the order is confirmed, billing doesn't
occur, then different lines on the same order are confirmed.  Hope this
helps.
