Clearing those files helps, but shouldn't really be necessary in that
frequency with 6.1.01 if you've scanned OGS for BMR's on the subject.  Are
you perhaps running a custom or third-party interface to order entry?
Generally, the cause of this problem is duplicate records at the line level,
which usually happens when non-BPCS code is involved.
