Bharat,

One option to plan for two methods of production would be to create firm a
planned order using the second method for the quantity that will be run using
it. Leave the balance on a planned order with the default method. This
willl allow for planning of two methods on the same day. You will need to
monitor MRP so that when the planned order changes, you can adjust the firm
planned order if necessary. The only other way to do as you need, would be
to actually release shop orders for the methods.
