Norm, I know for a fact that several people do not have green screen access & their "Previous sign-on" field has the current date. There are two specifically that only have GUI access via BPCS & their date is sitting where it was three years ago when they first started in BPCS. Seems to be at odds with what we both think should happen. I was guessing the date was only getting "touched" by green screen access (just as you thought) but that doesn't hold true for most of my BPCS users, i.e. BPCS access only & the date is correct. Yes, I am just trying to get a count of active BPCS users with their last date of activity, if at all possible. Trying to work through a licensing issue. Thanks - Dennis. I'm not aware of any tracking for any GUI access. This seems to be the case for Ver. 6.00.04 full C/S at least. Are you trying to measure specific activity or just active users? I've noticed that most of the users have the correct date they last got on the AS/400 via BPCS. And then there are a small number of users who are daily users whose last date they signed on was when they were originally set up 3 years ago. Any clue why or has this happened to you? OGS had nothing that I could find relative to my version of BPCS. Probably not a big deal but now I really have to inspect the "Previous sign-on" field for "accurate" data. It now has gotten to be more work than it really should be. Thanks - Dennis. Dennis Munro "I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing sound they make as they go flying by."
