GL Group Codes

Hello list,
We are using BPCS 4.05CD AS/400.
I am trying to create a statement format using GL Group Codes.  I have
created the codes in GLD131 and assigned them to the appropriate
company/profit center.  I have created a template using group code and
assigned the appropriate codes in the template columns.  I have created the
profile with group codes.  But when I run the statement there is no data.
Does anyone know for sure whether the group code function works in 4.05? I
can't find any BMR'S in OGS dealing with this.
Any help would be appreciated.
