I have been experiencing the same problems and we are on version 6.00.04
Mix mode and 6.1.00 and I have not been able to find out why.

I had a strange one to-day where there was an order for 10 units, the
pickslip showed 10 units allocated but ECL showed 512 units allocated and
when I went into ORD720 it showed remaining as -502 and allocated 512 but
the ELA only had the 10 units. According to the user if the accept the
allocations as described then the ITH and the SIL show different values, a
funny value is posted to the ITH but the SIL seems tobe correct.
