Order Allocations

Can anybody please supply some help with the following problem I have
encountered.

I have a order with 4 lines on and one of the lines I ordered 10 units when
I run Pick Release the Pick Slip shows 10 units allocated but when I do an
Order Enquiry (ORD300) and check the line it shows 512 units allocated. I
have checked the ELA record and it has only 10 allocated for that line.
When I go into ORD720 it shows Remaining -506 and allocated 512 and I get a
warning message regarding allocating more than ordered.

Does anyone know what would cause this type of problem as it has been
occuring on a fairly regular basis where the Qty issued does not match the
qty invoiced, and I suspect it has something to do with the above.
