Hi Ruben,

You didn't specify exactly what type of forms?
A cheap and simple solution might be to use MS Access and create a link
table
to the AS400/BPCS Database(using Client Access). 
You can then use one of the built in Wizards to create forms/reports.

Its crude but it does work.
