Ruben: I have a client that "scripted" Optio with a trigger program to run
when the spool file is generated that basically does a data dump of
file/field data that is unformatted (i.e. every piece of data starts in
Position 1). That might be something to consider if you have an event that
triggers your form.

No, we know about Optio, however Optio requires a
reported generated in the spool file, and what I am
talking about is a report generator that would go
directly to the file.fields.

We do use Optio right now.
