  • Subject: Allocations on Order Picking Slips
  • From: "Glen Hunter" <ghunter@xxxxxxxxxxxx>

Please could someone please supply me with some advise or help on the
following problem:

I capture an order for products on a Normal Warehouse which has sufficient
stock available to supply. When I do Pick Release and select '1' to
Allocate the stock and use F15 (Release by Line) my picking slips don't
show any allocations or locations even thou I have more than enough stock.
The warehouse and it's locations are allocateable and the locatiosn are
setup as Pick Locations. If I try the same order on our Test Environment
then the Allocations and Locations print on the Pick Slip. I have double
checked that all the objects are the same between the 2 environments (they
are on the same machine and share the same object libraries). I suppect it
has something to do with a data problem or a setup somewhere that I have
missed as I have compared the setups between the 2 Environments.

Regards
Glen Hunter
