We currently use V6.0.04 so I'm not sure if all this is applicable to '405 CD' -

Question, will BPCS let us have a customer item # which is same item # as one
of our internal item #s ?
Yes - raise (ORD150)  the 'Customer Item No & X-Ref Item Number' the same.
Note - so order entry ONLY accepts X-Ref items set the 'Exclude = 0' (on ORD150)
& 'Include/Exclude Rule = 1' (on ACR100).
