We have recently upgraded to V45. We did have some performance problems.
However, there are some ptf's on IBM website which specifically deal with
BPCS V6.0.04 and V45 which helped. Once those were applied, we haven't
had any problems. It actually went very smooth.

Good Luck.

Subject: Upgrade to V4R5

BPCS V6.0.04, AS/400 OS V4R2

We want to upgrade to OS V4R5.

An SSA platform document specifies 3 supported OS releases for V6.0.04:
V4R3
V4R4 (recommended)
V4R5

Do we have to expect any problems if we upgrade to V4R5? Has anybody any
comments,
suggestions, good or bad experiences or so?

Thanks
Christoph
