Hi Ho. Nice weather today, quite warm (8c or 49f). The snow banks have gone down by a couple of feet. More snow forcasted for the weekend. Deb I have talked to SSA about this issue before. There stand is (well we can't duplicate the problem) hehe. Make sure you do not have a blank sequence number. The work around to this problem is writing you own program that re-sequences the sequence number based on Date and Time in the ITH file. I have written such a program and work like a charm. I won't say with what (just in CASE). If you do write a program remember to update the sequence number in the IIM file. If you omit to do this it will cause you more problems. The cause of this has baffled me. It is not just to lot controlled items. It also affects non lot controlled items. Any hoot, we run the update program whenever required. Fixes the problem and every one is happy when using the INV300D program. Hope this helps.
