There was this scenario with transactions posted for last month after end Fiscal, which we found out thanks to the Opening Balance changing & I thought that one way to check the impact on our costs & other topics would be to look at GLD batches that might exist on past fiscal periods. We have a lot of GLD batches on line in which the transaction date is from prior fiscal periods that I thought were closed, much more than I would have expected thanks to the back dated transactions of which I was aware. Could someone tell me how I can tell from the status codes whether a GLD batch has or has not been posted? After a GLD batch is posted, how long until the GJH GJD records involved actually go away?
