RE: Open Order Amount in ACR300.

We are on 6.1.01 and have had some problems also here in our open order
amount, but we have not been able to trace them to any specifics.  I tend to
agree this may be a bug, but have been reluctant to contact SSA because they
have that system program that recalculates the customer balance because it
gets out of sync; so I wondered if this might not be kind of related...
although this system program does not recalculate open order amount.

this sounds like a bug - did you call the helpline?  since you're on
v6.1.01, I assume you have an OGS contract.  that's step one.  there may
already be a fix available or in the works if the problem is as you
describe.

Hi guys,

We are using BPCS ver.6.1,release 01.  Our concern is,
whenever a Customer Order is deleted or there is a
change in the price, the Open Orders amount for that
customer shows a wrong figure in the ACR300.  It does
not exclude the deleted orders, and due to which all
the consecutive orders for that particular customer
will be put on credit hold.

We check the Open orders value thru ORD200, and quite
often, it does not match with that of ACR300.

Please advice.
