INV900 is part of our end-month series of steps in BPCS 405 CD

Among other things it gets rid of ITH records that are older than some thresh
holds we have set in SYS800 system parameters ... currently we keep 365 days
& oldest 3 records ... oldest 3 means that from one physical to the next, if
the only history is the last physical then this stuff has had no activity.

You might check the archives for threads on what people do in end-year,
end-month, weekly reorg etc. to make sure that INV900 is not the only thing
missing from your collection.

Our largest files (over a million records each) are ITH & CMF
There is a systemic problem with BPCS being designed to add business, add
records, but does not do that great of a job of helping us identify what
needs to go away & help us with the removal. We are a make-to-order
engineer-to-order job shop which means a high level of turn-over of customer
designs, so a good chunk of what is in our ITH & CMF is for things we will
never ever make again.
