Hey stranger! It's a voice from the past--Jeffrey Weston! Missed you at the BPCS User Conference in September! How are things! Did you get promoted? Are you programming now or working on iWorks or both? How is everyone at Arkwright? How's Al, Ed, Sushil, Peg, Karen, and all across the street? I made it to Nashville! Just started working for International Comfort Products! They make heating & Air Conditioning units (Comfortmaker, Heil, ect.) and are owned by Carrier, who is in turn owned by United Technologies! It's a large plant (2,200 people) outside of Nashville. They use BPCS V6.02 and V6.04 and iWork for Data Collection! I took a cut in pay and stature, because of their excellant benefits and education programs! They paid for my move and a large portion of closing costs for a new house we are looking for! They also pay tuition, books, supplies for me to finish my Masters Degree and when I gratuate, I receive $15,000 in United Technology Stocks! It was definiely worth the step down!!!!! I'm a Senior System Analyst for Supply Chain! I support, Order Entry, In Bound and Out Bound Logistics, Shipping, DRP and Forecasting! It's tough to support only part of the picture instead of the whole thing as I was doing, but I'm getting used to it!!! Well, enough about me! If you get a chance, drop me a line.......
