OGS should not be confused with Help Line support.  Help Line Support is only
one part of OGS.  No 3rd Party outfit offers the full OGS service that SSA GT
offers.  They certainly offer some of the benefits, (Help Line) but they do not
offer all.

When paying OGS you are eligible for updates to software (BMR's), and upgrades
to software versions.  No 3rd party can possibly offer this.  You also get the
chance to register Enhancement BMR's which will be considered for future
releases and supplied as part of the standard product at no extra charge.

Note:  SSA GT OGS Services Include:
     Help Line
     Software Updates (BMR's)
     Software Upgrades (Versions)
     OGS On-line access
     Plus many others (Sorry, that was the marketing bit!)
