Dick Hi! I was thinking about something else when I answered your previous e-mail and I made a mistake. If it has been allocated or not should not make a difference, the total quantity allocated should be there as long as you did not do Pick Confirm. I did try it out in 6.04 and it works as expected. I pick confirmed a couple of orders and it did not reduce my total quantity allocated. So, or you have found a major bug in 6.1 (which I doubt) or you are doing something special. I suggest you look at the status of the line order, if it is 10000 or 01000 and the quantity is not in the total allocated you have found a bug. If it is 00100 or 00010 or 00001, somebody is pick confirming those orders.
