Jessie - These are the steps we take before doing a cost roll up: 1. Run a query to find duplicate records in the following files: IWI, ILI, IIM 2. Fix above - any duplicates will hang the cost roll up forever 3. Run all pertinent resets that affect inventory from the sys01(system reorganization menu): INV970, INV971,SFC990,SYS990,INV972 4. Backup CMF file.(need I really say this) 5. When you run the roll up, only do 1 facillity at a time. Good luck, I hope this helps! We are in BPCS v6.04 mix mode....... I am trying to run cost-roll up CST600. But unluckily the program seems to end up looping. So I assumed that I need to run BOM900 just to make sure that all the records and files are in sync with each other. And I run again CST600. But same thing happened. The program still ends up looping. Any idea, guys on what I need to do. Thanks for any feed back I might get.
