Have you looked at TESS from Taylor Manufacturing?

TESS is a windows based (looks like the planning wall
charts in the old days) product that will interface to
BPCS via DCServe software.  A certain global pharma
company are using it and it has a genuine ROI.

Great for optimising dead machine time between
operations.
