Yes there is.........
"I" for Indirect time does NOT require shop order# nor Item#....
You can enter employee number and a reason code ( union meeting, picnic, 
hearing test....whatever you want,,)
These will NOT impact any actual costs of any items.
You will need a new query(s) to print out detail/summary by 
employee/dept/date....
