Good Morning. Vic Shepherd (Gores employee) has been named interim CEO 
and is now on the SSA Board of Directors. Mr. Shepherd has experience with
tech acquisitions and successful re-growth of software businesses. 

Gores (if sale approved) has a target date for the close of sale of July 21st
or sooner.

Senior SSA management at the recent North Carolina conference were indeed
upbeat and noted that Gores has no present business comparable to BPCS.

I have worked with BPCS for 12 years and have always believe that SSA has
continuously supported too many versions. My general feedback on 6.1 has 
been positive except from a company that has a very high volume of orders
and is on full client server. I believe that 6.1 is indeed superior to 6.0.02 
or 
6.0.04. Also I much prefer the green screen navigation over C/S navigation.

Hi,

Have you heard something about SSA future ?

How is going the Gores-SSA transaction ?

Now we are running the AS/400 BPCS 6.04 Mixed mode.  We have been thinking
to move to 6.1, could it be appropiate at this time or should we wait ?
