Check Subsystem Event Determination for INV920 to make sure that there is a
reason code listed for the transaction type and reason code combination from
the ITH. Also, the reason code in Subsystem Event Determination requires
imbedded blank spaces anytime the ITH transaction type is one character,
like H_01 or B_01. If the ITH reason code has been defined as one digit,
there should be no blank space included for the first digit, like IM1 or
Y_1.
